Offerings

Whether we meet one-on-one or in a group, in person or online;  the values that guide my work remain the same: sovereignty, safety, empowerment, consent, and reciprocity.

No two experiences are exactly alike. Each moment is shaped by what is present—the needs of the participant, the energy of the group, and what is possible within the space we are sharing.

I offer a living experience, one that is informed moment by moment rather than following a fixed script. While each offering has its own structure and intention, there is room to listen, respond, and adapt as the experience unfolds.

The container is not held by one person alone. We tend to it together, moment by moment, listening to what is needed and allowing the experience to unfold from there.

Group offerings

I collaborate with different spaces and communities, offering breathwork sessions, cacao and toning circles, movement practices, and other embodied experiences. Each offering is shaped by the people in the room, the intention of the gathering, and my own intuition and listening to what the group is calling for in the moment.

While I love working with groups in many different ways, I am most devoted to these two practices, which have become the heart of my work with Cannabis and the ceremonial space.

FLOWER MEDITATION

A somatic practice assisted by Cannabis

Flower Meditation is a three-hour somatic practice shared by Collette Elosha that combines the intentional use of Cannabis, breath, and embodied awareness.

At its heart, this practice is an invitation to come back to the body.We live in a world that constantly asks us to do more, become more, achieve more, and search for something better than what is here. Even within wellness and spirituality, it is easy to fall into the idea that there is always another level to reach, another version of ourselves to become,

 another experience to pursue.

Flower Meditation offers a different invitation:

What if we don't need to try harder?

What if we could pause long enough to receive what is already here?

With the support of the plant and the breath, we practice becoming present with ourselves. Cannabis can soften some of the mind's habitual patterns of control and give us an opportunity to experience what lies beyond our usual ways of thinking and organizing reality.

We begin to feel.

The body becomes a place of listening.

Through sensation, breath, movement, emotion, and stillness, we may encounter parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be felt. We may experience a deeper sense of connection—to ourselves, to our histories and lineages, to one another, and to the larger body of life we are part of.

This practice is not about reaching a particular state or having a specific experience.

There is nothing you need to accomplish.

The invitation is simply to become available to the present moment and to discover what happens when we allow ourselves to receive the gift of being here.

A gift is something that does not need to be earned.

Perhaps this is the gift of presence itself.

THE CONTAINER

Flower Meditation is held within a three-hour, trauma-informed container grounded in consent, sovereignty, safety, and empowerment.

We begin by creating a sense of safety and connection within the group, establishing agreements, answering questions, sharing information about the practice, and ensuring that consent is clear and ongoing.

The experience then unfolds through several stages:

Preparation
We set intentions, share, move, breathe, and connect with the body before introducing the medicine.

Opening
We consciously invite the Flowers into the space through invocation and intention, and begin our relationship with the plant.

Activation
Through gentle breathwork and embodied awareness, the medicine and the body begin to work together.

Receiving
We practice allowing rather than forcing. We listen inwardly and make space for whatever is present.

The Return
We gradually come back into the shared space, reconnect with the group, and make room for reflection, sharing, and integration.

Additional support is available throughout the experience whenever needed.

The intention is not to escape the present moment, but to become more available to it.

To remember that life is already happening.

And that perhaps we do not always need to reach for something more.

Sometimes, we just need to come back to what is here.

SANTA MARIA CEREMONY

A sacred ceremonial journey into relationship with the spirit of the plant

Santa Maria Ceremony is a five-hour ceremonial experience held through ritual, intention, and relationship with the spirit of the Cannabis plant.

While Flower Meditation invites us to explore ourselves with the support of the plant, Santa Maria Ceremony offers a different orientation. Here, we enter into relationship with the plant itself. We listen. We receive. We allow ourselves to be taught through direct experience, intuition, and the wisdom that can emerge when we approach the medicine with reverence and an open heart.

The ritual is not an addition to the ceremony. It is what holds the experience.Through the invocation of the elements, intention, prayer, breath, silence, movement, and the conscious relationship with the medicine, we tend the ceremonial space together. The ritual gives us a way to cross the threshold from our everyday reality into a different kind of listening.

The ceremony unfolds through three doors:

The first door is the Mind.

Here, we meet the landscape of thought, perception, and the stories through which we understand ourselves and the world. We may begin to notice the patterns that shape our experience and the ways the mind tries to understand, organize, or control what is happening.

The second door is the Heart,

We move toward feeling, connection, love, grief, tenderness, and vulnerability. This is an invitation to soften and to explore what becomes possible when we feel safe enough to open.

The third door is the Body.

We move beyond what can be explained and into direct experience. Sensation, breath, movement, energy, and the intelligence of the body become ways of listening. We remember that the body is not separate from the larger body of life we belong to.

Each door is an invitation, never an obligation. You may choose to enter one, two, or all three.

As we move through the doors, the relationship with the medicine may deepen, and the amount of Cannabis may change. This does not mean that more medicine is always better. There is no goal to reach and no amount that needs to be consumed. The depth of the experience is not measured by how much we smoke, It is measured by how deeply we are willing to listen. Santa Maria Ceremony is a practice of allowance, not surrendering our sovereignty, but allowing the moment, the medicine and what is moving to be our teacher.

We remain in relationship with our own discernment, our own boundaries, and our own inner knowing while allowing the plant to become part of the conversation. The ceremony is held within the same values that guide all of my work: sovereignty, safety, empowerment, consent, and reciprocity.

The facilitator tends the container, the ritual gives it shape, the plant becomes part of the relationship, and the participant remains the one who chooses how they enter, how they listen, and how they move through the experience.

Santa Maria Ceremony is an invitation to remember that we were never separate. As we remember our connection and our belonging, we begin to feel safe again—within ourselves, within our communities, and within the living world we are part of. Because what happens within us does not stay within us. The way we heal, connect, and learn to belong ripples outward, shaping the communities we are part of and the world we are here to tend.

One on one Offerings

One-on-one work offers a more intimate space to slow down, listen, and meet yourself more deeply. Each experience is shaped around the person in front of me and what is alive in the moment, drawing from Cannabis, breath, somatic practices, movement, and embodied awareness.

Whether you are looking for a single session or a deeper journey over time, these offerings create space for you to explore your own process with care, presence, and support.

THE FLOWER SESSION

A one-on-one embodied experience with Cannabis

These sessions are an invitation into intimacy with yourself.

With the support of Cannabis, breath, and somatic awareness, we create space for what is ready to arise through the body. What emerges may take many forms: a thought, a feeling, a sensation, a memory, a movement, or something that does not have words yet.

The intention is not to make something happen, but to create the conditions for the body to soften, the mind to relax, and what has been held to have room to move.

As the nervous system finds more space, energy can begin to flow again. There may be room for balance, release, rest, completion, or simply the experience of being deeply present with yourself.

Each session is shaped around the person in front of me. Because of this, no two sessions look the same. Breathwork, movement, stillness, touch, bodywork, meditation, or other somatic practices may become part of the experience, depending on what feels appropriate and what is asking to be met in the moment.

The work is held within the same values that guide all of my practice: sovereignty, safety, empowerment, consent, and reciprocity.

You remain the owner of your process.

My role is to listen, to tend the space, and to accompany you as you discover what your own body is ready to reveal.

FLOWER IMMERSION

A three-session journey into deeper relationship

Some experiences need more time.

Flower Immersion is a three-session one-on-one journey for those who feel called to explore a deeper level of intimacy with themselves, with the body, and with the medicine.

Rather than approaching each session as an isolated experience, we allow the relationship to unfold over time.

The first session is an arrival.

We begin to learn one another, to listen to the body, and to discover what becomes possible when there is enough safety to soften.

As we continue, trust has the opportunity to deepen.

The body may begin to reveal what it could not access before. What was difficult to feel may become more available. What was held may begin to move. The relationship with the medicine can become more familiar, and the space between us can become one where greater vulnerability and intimacy are possible.

This is not about pushing deeper or trying harder.

It is about creating enough safety to let depth come to us.

The work may move through breath, body, sensation, emotion, movement, stillness, touch, or silence. Each session is shaped by what is alive in the moment and by what the participant is ready and willing to explore.

The three sessions create continuity, allowing us to listen not only to what arises within each individual experience, but to the thread that connects them.

This is a practice of learning how to stay.

To stay close to yourself.

To stay present with what you feel.

To let yourself be seen.

And to discover what becomes possible when you no longer have to hold everything alone.

The intention is not to give you answers, but to support you in becoming more intimate with your own knowing.

The container is held with consent, sovereignty, safety, empowerment, and reciprocity.

The depth of the work is not determined by how much medicine is used, but by the quality of presence, trust, and relationship that becomes possible.
