1:1 Mentorship
A guided journey back to your essence

This mentorship is a safe and structured space to deepen your relationship with yourself, through conversation, gentle guidance, and somatic and breath-based practices. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and cultivate a steady foundation on the path of remembrance.

Each mentorship journey is a collaboration.
You and your needs, desires, and vision  are the guide.
Mar, her tools, experience, and intuitive presence curates the space where realization, embodiment, and connection can unfold naturally.

This space is for those who have already walked a path of healing, through therapy, ceremony, or self-inquiry and are now ready to integrate what they’ve learned into lived wisdom.

It’s for those who crave an honest, creative, and non-judgmental space where play, expression, and joy are not afterthoughts but essential parts of the journey.

It’s also for therapists, facilitators, and people in service who hold space for others and wish to return to their own center, a place to process, to be witnessed, and to be held, so they can empty and refill their own cup with clarity, vitality, and love.

The mentorship is therapeutic, yet it’s not therapy.
It’s spiritual, yet not centered on spirituality — because the spiritual is always present, whether we name it or not.

This is a space where the sacred and the human meet, where play, expression, and the connection with joy are essential parts of the process of remembering who you are.
