True Nature Individualized Retreats
Curated sacred containers for remembrance, reconnection, and authentic transformation.
These retreats are not vacations or spiritual getaways. They are living, breathing experiences crafted with care, where each moment is designed to support remembrance: of who you are, of what truly matters, of your connection with joy, nature, and community.

Each retreat is shaped around the rhythms of your own becoming. Whether you are called to pause and restore, to integrate a deep experience, or to navigate a life transition, the process invites you to listen — to your body, your heart, and the whispers of the land. It is an opening to inhabit yourself more fully and to live from what is real.
Who This Is For
These retreats are for those who are ready to take full responsibility for their lives, to face themselves with honesty, and to embrace the beauty and messiness of being human.
They are for people navigating transitions, grief, burnout, or integration after deep inner or entheogenic work.
They are for those who long to reconnect with their body, their truth, their joy, and their belonging to the Earth.
Who This Is Not For
These retreats are not for spiritual tourists, thrill-seekers, or psychonauts in search of “the next experience.”
They are not for those unwilling to look inward, to respect the land, or to approach this work with humility and reverence.
We work only with participants who are ready to enter this process consciously and responsibly. For that reason, we reserve the right to say no when the alignment is not mutual.

The Process of Co-Creation
Each retreat begins with a discovery call and an intake process to understand your story, your intentions, and your needs. Based on that, a personalized retreat proposal is created — including the rhythm, length, and modalities that will best serve your journey.
There is always a preparation phase (especially if we work with entheogens or nature allies) and a post-retreat integration process that extends from two weeks to two months after your retreat. Integration sessions can include dialogue, movement, creative expression, stillness, and somatic practices designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system in naturally integrating the experience.
Retreats can last 3, 5, 7, or 10 days, and can be held for individuals or small groups. The rhythm of each retreat — whether restorative or deeply process-oriented — is guided by what is most alive and appropriate for the participant.
The modalities and sacred technologies included are chosen collaboratively and intentionally.
Depending on your needs, experience, and readiness, your retreat may include some of the following elements:
yoga · breathwork · meditation · ice bath · temazcal · sound healing · mushroom journeys · 5-MeO-DMT · kambo · cannabis work · rapé ceremony · acupuncture · myofascial massage · Ajna light · Human Design · astrology · ecstatic dance · Janzu · hikes · scuba diving · snorkeling · volunteering
All sacred technologies — including entheogens and ancestral practices — are approached with deep reverence, trauma awareness, and respect for their origins. Nothing is imposed or added for effect. Each element is chosen in service of your process and held with safety, consent, and right relationship.
The Land and Community
True Nature retreats are held in spaces that honor the natural intelligence of the land — often surrounded by jungle, ocean, and vibrant local life.
Participants are invited to connect with the local community, to learn about the roots of the place, and to participate in activities that embody reciprocity and belonging.
Our facilitators and therapists are local and grounded people — each carrying their own medicine and wisdom, each working in integrity with the Earth. The land, the ocean, and the beings that inhabit this territory are not a backdrop to your process — they are active participants, mirrors, and allies.

The Heart of Our Work
True Nature retreats are held by people who walk this path every day — embodied, sincere, and committed to living what we share. We are not interested in perfection, but in presence. Our wisdom comes from both study and life itself: from being humbled by change, from meeting our own edges, from remembering again and again how to return to love.
We meet you as humans — honest, grounded, and devoted to creating spaces where truth can emerge naturally, held by care and compassion.

Our Guiding Principles
True Nature’s retreats are grounded in safety, consent, integrity, sustainability, community, compassion, joy, and presence.
We are trauma-informed, heart-led, and guided by a deep respect for the medicines, the land, and the people who make this work possible.
We strive to stay in right relationship — with nature, with each other, and with the sacred.

Our Invitation
If something inside you is whispering it’s time — time to remember, to reconnect, to breathe again — this space was created for you.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your longings, your truth. Let the land hold you, let the ocean cleanse you, let your own nature show you the way home. We’ll walk beside you — not to lead, but to listen, to witness, and to remind you of what you already know:that you belong, that you are part of life’s great web, and that your true nature has been waiting, patiently, for your return.
